2.1. We are the largest school group in the Transcaucasia region serving over 2 thousand students and employing over 600 professionals.

6. What Data We Collect

6.1. We collect name, surname, email address, password information and telephone number provided by users when they register for our services.

6.2. When registering, we ask users to provide us with student’s name, age and gender. As the students who will use the application may be minors or children, we suggest users to give them nicknames to further enhance the security of our application. We do not collect or store any information about students.

6.3. We collect information about your subscription and subscription history to make better use of our services.

6.4. We will act in the best interests of our company when we use your personal information. In this case, if your interests coincide with ours, we will conduct an approrpiate balance test.

6.5. We understand the sensitivity of the information we collect and will therefore maintain anonymity during data processing and monitor the behaviour of third parties we work with to be in compliance with our guidelines.

7. Transfer of Personal Information to the third parties.

7.1. Your personal information entered by your or the third parties will be used by us to provide a high level of service. This includes providing technical support, providing you with information about our services, a timely update of the application you use, contacting you, or responding to your request and other instances when it is necessary for the provision of our services.

7.1.1. For research purposes, we may disclose your information to our affiliated partners to carry out services or application-related remodelling. Your personal information will never be shared with other third parties unless it is required by law or with your consent.

8. Protection of data of students using our services.

8.1. Our services are designed for persons (over 18 years old), minors (under 18 years old), and children (under 14 years old).

8.2. Only legal representatives of minors and children can register to use our services. If you have any questions about procedures, you can contact our customer service.

8.3. Children and minors can use our services only with the consent of legal representatives.

8.3.1. We only collect their name, gender, birthday information. We do not collect any other information.

8.3.2. The information we collect is processed for operational purposes only. No information is being used for marketing or advertising.

8.3.3. Users can change the students’ registration information at any time. If you want to delete infromation about students, you can write to our customer service.

9. Deletion of Collected Data

9.1. You can ask us to delete the information after using our services. You can request a complete deletion from our customer service. After your request, we will delete all personal information.

9.1.1. Due to legal requirements, some of your information may not be deleted after your request. This includes your payment history or related information. Te anonimity of stored information will be protected.

9.2. Security is an important issue for us. We take various security measures to ensure the security of our users’s and students’ data. Our servers are located in Frankfurt, Germany (prior notification will be given if the server is relocated). Our partner company “Vultr” does its best to ensure the security of your information.

9.3. Neither we, nor our partner can guarantee the complete security of information. If your information is comprimised, we will take the necesary steps to prevent illegal actions and inform you in advance.

10. Payments

10.1. We do not collect or store payment details such as your card number and account number, ID or passport numbers. All payment transactions are carried out and respective financial information is stored by our payment partner bank.

11. Changes

11.1. We may make changes to our Privacy Policy from time to time. Such changes on Privacy Policy take effect 3 (three) calendar days from the date of posting the new version on the App.

11.2. Continued use of the App after the publication of a new or revised version of the Agreement means that the User accepts all changes and agrees with them. If the User disagrees with the changes made, he/she is obliged to refuse access to the App, stop using the materials and services of the App.
